General Hypnotherapy

I offer a free half hour initial consultation. This provides you with an opportunity to meet me and to discuss your problem in detail. This ensures that we are comfortable working together and is designed to give you a good understanding of the therapy and how it can help you. The initial consultation, although offered free of charge, is an important part of the overall treatment. A relaxation CD is included as part of the treatment plan for use between sessions.   

Subsequent sessions last one hour each and cost £47 per session.

For specific phobias the treatment costs £47 per session plus a personalised CD for home use. This first session will include the initial consultation and a description of the treatment and lasts about an hour and a half. If you feel that it is not for you then no charge will be made.

Reclaim Your Life Stop Smoking Session

  

 

Typically this is a single session therapy (The free initial consultation is not required) and it lasts approximately an hour and a half to 2 hours and costs £97 with the FREE Stay Stopped motivational CD to be listened to every other day for 3 weeks. In the event that within 6 weeks you are still feeling the urge to smoke, a further FREE back up session is available.

 
It is important to understand that hypnotherapy is not a 'magic pill'. it requires that the client is committed to stopping smoking and prepared to make the effort to make that change a reality. it must also be noted that in some cases more than one session may be required.

 

And Finally....

The FREE initial consultation is my opportunity to gather detailed information about how I am going to help you and give you some information about how the mind works and what the therapy will entail. It is also your opportunity to see if you are happy working with me and the proposed treatment.

If it is difficult for you to travel to see me it can be arranged for the treatment sessions to be carried out in the comfort of your own home. 

 

The initial home visit will last about 2 hours, the first half of which will be the free consultation. I will then confirm that you wish to go ahead and continue with the first (or perhaps only) paid for therapy session. However in the event that after the first half of the consultation you decide that it’s not for you, no further action will be taken and no fee due. The FREE Relaxation CD will still be yours to keep. The cost of the home visit will cost £55 (£105 for stop smoking) to cover the extra time and fuel etc.

 

In order to keep costs down I work from home. In order to keep disruption to a minimum I normally work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm. It is possible to work outside these hours but the fee will be £55 per session (£105 for stop smoking treatment)
