General Hypnotherapy

I offer a free 1 hour initial consultation. This provides you with an opportunity to meet me and to discuss your problem in detail. This ensures that we are comfortable working together and is designed to give you a good understanding of the therapy and how it can help you. The initial consultation, although offered free of charge, is an important part of the overall treatment. A relaxation CD is included as part of the treatment plan for use between sessions. 

Subsequent sessions last one hour each and cost £47 per session. 

Fast Phobia Cure*

For specific phobias the treatment costs £47 and consists of 2 sessions plus a personalised CD for home use. The first session will include the initial consultation and a description of the treatment. If you feel that it is not for you then no charge will be made.

Reclaim Your Life Stop Smoking Session

 

This is a single session therapy (The free initial consultation is not required) and it lasts approximately an hour and a half to 2 hours and costs £97 with the FREE Stay Stopped motivational CD to be listened to every other day for 3 weeks. In the unlikely event that within 6 weeks you are still feeling the urge to smoke, a further FREE back up session is available.

     

Group Sessions*  

There are regular group sessions held (minimum of 4 people) for: 

Stop Smoking - £37 per person. Approx one and a half hours + FREE Stay Stopped CD

Weight Control - £25 per person. Approx one hour + FREE Slim For Life CD

Beating Stress - £18. Approx 45 mins + FREE Relax With Confidence CD

Private group sessions can also be arranged either in your own home, workplace or local venue of your choice.

And Finally....

The FREE initial consultation is my opportunity to gather detailed information about how I am going to help you and give you some information about how the mind works and what the therapy will entail. It is also your opportunity to see if you are happy working with me and the proposed treatment.

If it is difficult for you to travel to see me it can be arranged for the treatment sessions to be carried out in the comfort of your own home. 

The initial home visit will last about 2 hours, the first half of which will be the free consultation. I will then confirm that you wish to go ahead and continue with the first (or perhaps only) paid for therapy session. However in the event that after the first half of the consultation you decide that it’s not for you, no further action will be taken and no fee due. The FREE Relaxation CD will still be yours to keep. 

 Missed Appointments

Please remember when booking that appointment time is valuable, 48 hours notice is required for cancellation.
