General Therapy

 

I offer a free 1 hour initial consultation. This provides you with an opportunity to meet me and to discuss your problem in detail. This ensures that we are comfortable working together and is designed to give you a good understanding of the therapy and how it can help you. The initial consultation, although offered free of charge, is an important part of the overall treatment. A relaxation CD is included as part of the treatment plan for use between sessions. 

Subsequent sessions last one hour each and cost £55 per session. 

 

Fast Phobia Cure*

For specific phobias the treatment costs £35 and consists of 2 sessions plus a personalised CD for home use. The first session will include the initial consultation and a description of the treatment. If you feel that it is not for you then no charge will be made.

Reclaim Your Life Stop Smoking Session

This is a single session therapy (The free initial consultation is not required) and it lasts approximately an hour and a half to 2 hours and costs £150 with the FREE Stay Stopped motivational CD to be listened to every other day for 3 weeks. In the unlikely event that within 6 weeks you are still feeling the urge to smoke, a further FREE back up session is available. If this still fails then you are in the small percentage of people who are Determined Smokers and will benefit from the

Intense Smoking Cessation Programme.
